What’s Happening In The Shack

April 11th, 2025 7:00 p.m. in-person meeting and via Zoom.

The next monthly meeting of the “Central Michigan Amateur Radio Club” will be on Friday, April 11th at 7:00 p.m. at West Lansing Church of Christ, 5505 W. St. Joe Hwy, Lansing, Michigan 48917.

A Zoom meeting will also be set up. Zoom application software can be downloaded to your computer, Android or I-Phone. Once software is installed, you can join Friday night’s meeting (after 6:45 p.m.) by using the following:

Friday night’s meeting presenter will be Brian Markland N8UDQ, General Chair Dayton Hamvention and DARA board member. Also remember this meeting is President’s Challenge to bring one or more guests to the meeting, with special bonus for guests under 21 years of age.

Family Night/Ziegenbein Award Dinner – Saturday, May 3, 2025

Family Night/Ziegenbein Award dinner will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 6:00 p.m., World Buffet, 5002 W. Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, Michigan. Cost is $20.00 per person (adult), children 3-12 are $1.00 per year old, children under 3 free. This is a family event, spouses, siblings all welcome.

Why $20.00 when the normal cost at World Buffet is $17.50? Because door prizes will be given. The extra cost helps cover the expense of door prizes.

We will have our own room, separate from the general public. PLEASE let Kelly Fitzgerald know ASAP so she can submit expected attendance to World Buffet.
